Kindly request an RMA within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that only items purchased directly from the Dealson Limited store are eligible for return.
Products purchased through other retailers must adhere to their respective return policies. Ensure that the item being returned is repackaged with all included cords, accessories, and documentation.
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will be notified via email once the refund process is complete.
