Can I change the shipping address once my order has been placed?
Once your order has been placed, we unfortunately can’t make any amendments to your shipping address. However, we may be able to assist you in canceling and replacing your order. If we are unable to recall your parcel, delivery will be attempted three times to the entered shipping address before being returned to our warehouse.

Can I buy a gift voucher?
At this time we don’t offer the possibility of buying a gift voucher. However, feel free to check for updates as this may be something we offer in the future.
Can I add an item to my order once it’s already been placed?
Unfortunately, we can’t add any additional items to your order after it’s been placed.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We fulfill all of our orders via Our Warehouse . After your purchase, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with an estimated delivery date.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
There is a small window before your order is shipped where we can cancel your order for you. If your order has already been shipped, we can also assist you with returning your product for a full refund.
Do I need a Dealson Limited account or app to place an order?
No, you don’t need to create an account or download an app to place your order.
Which currencies can I use to place my order?
We only accept GBP, and ship only within the United Kingdom.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Here at Dealson Limited, we take the safety of your information very seriously. All credit card information is protected through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

There is a missing piece. How do I get a replacement?
If something is missing from your order, please let us know so we can rectify this for you, email us at info@dealonstore.uk and we will have the missing part sent out to you right away.

Is my cookware set made of copper or copper coated?
All of our pans have a non-stick copper ceramic coating. Easier to clean and more durable, the copper ceramic coating lasts longer than a standard non-stick coating – no chipping, peeling or flaking.
Does the handle get very hot?
The handle will get warm while using but will always be safe to hold.
Are these PFOA, PTFE, and PFOS free?
All of our pots and pans are non-toxic and PTFE, PFOA, cadmium, and lead-free.
How can I clean my pan if I burn it?
We recommend filling your pan with water, adding 1 tbsp of biological washing powder, and bringing the water to a boil. Leave the mixture to simmer for 10 minutes, and repeat as necessary.
Is my cookware set dishwasher safe?
Yes, all pieces can be safely washed in a dishwasher, but we recommend washing them by hand for a longer-lasting pristine appearance.
Can my cookware set be used on induction cooktops?
Yes, this cookware set can be used on induction cooktops.
Can my cookware set be used on gas stove tops?
Yes, this cookware set can be used on gas stovetops.
Is my cookware set teflon-free?
Yes, this cookware set is 100% teflon-free.
Can I use metal utensils with this set?
Using metal utensils may damage the coating of your pots and pans. We recommend using wooden, silicone, or nylon spatulas/utensils according to your needs.
Can I buy any of the items separately?
Items are not available separately at this time.
What is the outside of the pots and pans made of?
The outside of this cookware set is made of aluminum covered with a non-stick, heat-resistant coating.

Are these utensils heavy?
Not at all. Our utensil sets are lightweight and easy to use.
Are these utensils food-safe certified? And are they BPA and nickel-free?
All of our utensils are food-safe certified. Yes! All our utensils are BPA & nickel free.
Are these utensils dishwasher safe?
These utensils are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend washing them by hand to maximize your set’s durability.
What are the washing recommendations for these utensils?
We recommend hand washing these utensils using a cloth and soapy water.
Are there other colors available?
Unfortunately, no other colors are available at this time. But let us know if you are desperate for a certain colour and we’ll take your feedback on board.
Is the head of the spatula heat-resistant?
Yes, the head of the spatula is heat resistant.

What’s the most effective way to clean this board?
We recommend hand washing this cutting board using a cloth and soapy water. It’s best to keep your board dry so make sure to dry it properly after each wash.
What is the size of this cutting board?
This cutting board is 16” x 12” x 1.5”.
Can you cut meat on this?
We don’t recommend cutting raw meat on this board. However, it’s perfectly fine for cutting cooked meat.
What type of wood is this cutting board made of?
The wood we use for each of our chopping boards is Acacia wood.
Is this cutting board seasoned?
This board comes with an oil finish and doesn’t need to be seasoned/oiled regularly.
Is this cutting board anti-microbial and antibacterial?
This board is anti-microbial and antibacterial.

Can I use metal utensils with this pan?
We don’t recommend using metal utensils with any of our pans to avoid damaging the ceramic coating.
Is this pan made of aluminum?
Yes, this pan is made of aluminum and covered with a nonstick ceramic coating.
What is this pan’s coating made of?
This pan is made from copper ceramic coating.
Is this pan dishwasher safe?
Yes while the plan is dishwasher safe, we recommend washing them by hand to protect the coating.
Is this pan lightweight?
The pans are lightweight and designed to be easy to handle.
What’s the temperature range for this pan?
This pan can withstand temperatures up to 500°F.
Does this pan contain Teflon?
This pan is non-toxic and doesn’t contain Teflon, PFOA, or PTFE.
